Boiler Corrosion Inhibitor

Our Boiler Corrosion inhibitor works in several ways. One chemical mechanism is passivation, or the formation of a thin film on the surface of a material. It inhibits contact of the corrosive substance, thus preventing either oxidation or reduction. In cases of corroding materials, mechanism is done either through adsorption, which is molecular adhesion on the surface of a metal, or scavenging, which is inactivation of the dissolved oxygen. This product is designed to minimize corrosion to copper, stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel.

This Product contain a combination of nitrite, borate, silicate, and alkaline solution formulated to minimize corrosion and deposition. Sodium nitrite in every inhibitor is a good metal passivator while the alkaline assists in increasing the system’s pH.

Just add the product to your water system until the water turn a light pink color. No testing required.

This product is perfect for all Hot Water Boiler, Low Make-up Boiler Systems, and Outdoor Residential Wood Boilers.
